Norfolk Honey - examples
Setting up a station for your hive using simple materials
When sighting your hive try to pevent them from being too exposed to Northern and Easterly winds.
If you can, face the entrance south. Position your hives so that they are not in the deep shade of trees
or anywhere where water would drip on them.
Keep them out of fields where there are large animals that could knock them over and out of fields that could flood.
Remember that the boxes get heavy when full so good accees is required for harvesting your honey.
